Fairy Tales the Story of Someone elses Realities

While sitting here watchin this horribly put together movie entitled Envy; Another hustler story highly exaggerated to the 9th power. It's no wonder why the game is so watered down, and these young thugs lack fundamental street principals. It lead me to think of how the our street realities are distorted, and blown outta proportion to the masses. In turn the younger generation that view these movies become easily attracted to the point where they are fascinated to the lifestyle. Not realizing the consequences that lay ahead are highly severe, and very real. When that happens, whatever, the message that was intended gets overlooked. The reason for this usually comes from the fact that the director of these mediocre gangsta tales are usually the 3rd party narrator, or the dude that sat the sideline and wished he was the star in the game. Think about if Kobe told the story of the NBA, vs hearing it from Derrick Fisher. Sure they both Played in the same game; but at different competitive level/statuses; And naturally Kobe's insight will be more in-depth. Now, can you imagine that same info coming from the towel boy? He'll have to tell that story from an outsiders point of view. Unless ofcourse they admitted to his title/role, and involvement; you'd have no choice but to take it for face value. These are exactly the type people putting out these fake gangsta fairy tales. And it is because of the fact that we never know the writers/directors background before viewing the movie, to know his/her credibility. Hell, truthfully most of us just get lost in the entertainment; The mere chance at witnessing a Fairy tale the story of someone else's reality.Now that on top of the horrible acting in this Movie; and you got Gangstaploitation at it's finest, lol! We'll i guess that's what was meant by the saying; "Someone has to live to tale the story"!

If you can't beat them; Go to College!

I have never in my life seen so many colleges soliciting people in my life!!! A brother can't even put in a job application online, unless you fill out some type of college form. Then they call you religiously like you owe them money. I didn't get this many college offer when i was in my senior year of high school. it's obvious that they are thirsty for that guaranteed federal money. I was applying for a job today, and a truck driving company popped up on my screen, and i couldn't continue the application until i filled it out; no more than 10 minutes past before the Truck Driving school called me. I made sure to asked the routine questions; like whether they accepted financial aid, and did they give you jobs upon completion? I even asked the time period. Just when i started thinking in my mind; "so far so good": I asked the final question of whether they accepted ex offenders? BAM! That's where the Truck Stopped! So now I'm thinking what would be the use of me getting better qualified, if these companies aren't willing to give ex offenders an opportunity. Dude went on to explain how the insurance company doesn't like to take risk on ex cons; specially when i told him the nature of my felony conviction- Trafficking in cocaine. It was pointless for me to even plead my case; but i just to satisfy myself; I'm like, dude it's been over 10 yrs since that conviction. and to top it off the state got 7yrs. free labor out of me- so my debt should be paid. So, way am i still paying for something in the past? He was speechless, lol! I knew that it was out of his control, so i simply said; "Thanks anyway", and let it at that. Before the day would end; i would receive calls from Devry, University of Phoenix, and Everest. In this current recession, even college grads are being laid off; So there's really no guarantee! So what would motivate a person to enroll in college? How about the tuition financial aid money,they get back? Lol! Now you have all kinds of people signing up for school in attempts to take advantage of the Govt. Can you blame them? Well, needless to say I'm bout to take advantage of the seemingly free money, lol! You know the saying; If you can't beat them- join them! So instead of filling out job apps; I'm filling out college registrations forms. Let's all go to College!

White Couple Sneaks in White house

Only in this White-mans' world would you get a white couple that gets caught red handed on national TV for sneaking in the White House; and face no jail time. LOL! With a Black president, at that, lol! Now had that been a back man sneaking in the white house; all the alarms would've went off simultaneously. And instead of being interview on a talk show like Today Show,they would have been showing news footage from the courtroom. Don't act like you don't know, lol! Sad but true; the reprimand would be harsh- just to set an example- not even knowing if the people was related to Obama or not. Another thing, those dang secret service men ; Hell, any and everybody affiliated on that shift- for that matter, wouldn't been fired on the spot. I have to admit it though; those are the best party crashers ever, lol! They should win an award for impersonating somebody important. And to think that they are seemingly distraught for being known as Crasher? They bring a new meaning to the term. WTF? If anything, they should soak in all the free press; and be devising a plan to capitalize from it- Cause they are now UnderDaScope! Well i guess the world will be watching to SEE how this fiasco will play out. Will the couple get the reality show offer for Party Crasher? or will they get a prison sentence and fine?

TRAP HOUSE

THE TRAP HOUSE! It can be heard in all the latest rap songs! Uttered by all the thugs, and hustlers that Rome the streets; Praised as the spot where they sale their drugs from. To be 100% Real with you ; i am guilty of frequently using the term to describe the very same thing, lol. But while as was incarcerated in Florida Prison System- just that "TRAPPED"; I was compelled to think about the origins of the term. Isn't that IRONIC? TRAPPIN got me TRAPPED in a 8'10 cell, lol! Crazy as it seem, in the streets where young kids, turn t thug, and hustlers for the money & fame that it's known to bring; Seems like TRAPPING will continue to do just that- TRAP! Last year 08 while sitting in my 8'10 cell; i sat down seriously thinking how the term couldv'e came about. I mean, I'm wise enough to know that the government controls the drug game, and very instrumental in creating the criminal class; which lead me to think where such a term could just surface from? Call me foolish, but i am just not convinced that a ignorant young black male can come up with the term all on there own. Especially since they advertise, and glorify being at the trapped; And rapping bout how they make money (cheese) in the TRAP. The more i thought about it; I couldn't help but see visions of a mouse trap, lol! Hustlers, exalt themselves in thinking that they are on top of their game; and can out wit the authorities (govt.) that created the drug trade on the street level. Therefore, to think that you can play it without getting caught in the trap in a set up; But just like that mouse, put a lil cheese in their, and it's irresistible. THINK!

WATCH, LOOK ,& FOCUS...

No matter where you are n life; if you are playing your position, and on top of your game; there is someone on top of you "WATCHIN"- waiting to pull you up! If you keep "LOOKIN" up, expecting; then you can't "FOCUS"...; on the mission @ hand. "EYE" never "SEE" the haters "Watchin" in SuSpence. Keep 'em Outta SIGHT, while u evolve to change a Residence! Who r you trying to Convince!!!!

Whether or not you are from the inner city, or suburbs; I'm pretty sure you've heard the term " Keep it Real", or "I'm Real"! We'll, used in this context; Real could never be more True! Yeah that's right!!! When a person tells you "I'm Real"; Whether it's meant in the context in which you relate as being real or not, you better believe them. Though the Street term of Real relates to being true to the game, or brotherhood (mutual understanding of telling the truth). Ultimately a person can and will only be real to the true nature of human being they are, regardless of the expectation anybody else my have set for them. Therefore, if that person has characteristics that of a hater, buster, of liar etc. They are Real to that nature. Furthermore, the term loses it's merit with every time someone utters it. Because, if you are real, you do it effortlessly, and don't have to say it constantly; unless your trying to prove it to yourself, and others. Personally, i will be weary of anyone that repeatedly uses the term simply because, to me he's trying to convince himself. I know it's funny to think of someone doing it they do; Whether to claim affiliations are simply talk it into existence; they do. So next time you here a person use this term; take these things into consideration. And if they use it to much, get away from!!! Cause that someone who has to much to prove; and will do anything that gets into trouble. And this is one to grow on!
